Ted has joined the team from FC Withoef, a Belgian VII.828 team, for a fee some reports have said to be in excess of £120,000. Ted had spent a three seasons at his previous club, but he and the management there decided it was time for him to move on.

 

After having his medical during the team's away match, Ted was unveiled at the Rovers' ground, in front of a group of press members, weilding his new no.4 jersey, which he will be wearing for the team's upcoming midweek clash in Australia.

 

Ted spoke to our reporter after his unveiling, "I'm just so excited to be joining. The club 'ere is an improvement on my previous team, in a much higher league, and I'm hoping that 'ere I can acheive much more and win more medals".

 

The manager had this to say, "Well I'm just pleased we were able to get him for this price, he is a great defender, he's proven that with his previous teams, but now he's here he can focus on getting intergrated into the first squad and helping us defend much better than we have this season."
